Very quick response to enquiry over Bsnk Holiday weekend. Within a few days the latch was replaced as a part had to be ordered.

Prompt and courteous. Steve fixed the lock on my parents door that was increasingly hard to turn. Was concerned that we might have to purchase a new lock and be presented with unnecessary charges. Steve fixed the door within 10 minutes and charged the agreed attendance fee. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
