  Excellent service throughout. Two site visits prior to job, Dean and his team were very knowledgeable and advised me how to rearrange the structures the new roof would be laid upon. The work was carried out professionally, within the timings specified and to a high standard. During the fitting, the team asked how I wanted a number of items finishing, always looking to please their customer with the finished look of the job. Even though I changed a few items during the fit, the team were obliging no complaints and the finished product is both effective and aesthetically pleasing. Thanks guys.

• Replacement of flat roof.

  Excellent - we had a damp patch in the kitchen which has a flat roof.Dean came out the same day as I phoned him and provided an estimate for replacing the roof, which I was well satisfied with. The work was carried out a few days later. The guys who came were prompt, polite and undertook the work speedily and efficiently. They tidied up the whole area before leaving. The work has a 10 year guarantee. I'm really pleased with all aspects of my dealings with Alvadac.

• Overlay membrane and upstand details in Helmsley, North Yorkshire

  Following an initial site inspection and meeting with the client a competitive quotation was provided and dates agreed to complete the works. Preliminary attendance to assist with the exposure of the upstand to the lantern-light kerb and subsequent overlay to incorporate gradient falls was undertaken to a good standard, whilst the detailing to both internal and external corners, and to adjacent pitched roofs to mitigate the risk of ponding all to an excellent standard. The team cleared-up on completion and returned to site to ensure that the client was satisfied. Would definitely recommend
