  I am so grateful to Amberwood Designs. My front door had broken at the worst possible time (after 5pm) and it would not lock. I was worried about the security of my home overnight. The director came within 1 hour, despite this not being part of his role. He looked at the door which was an embarrassingly quick fix. Despite this, he was respectful and so kind when I was in a bit of a state of worry. I highly recommend Amberwood designs. They are very professional and dedicated to their customers.   I've recently had 7 aged (30+ year) single-glazed timber frame windows replaced with brand new timber double glazed windows in a Grade II listed property. During this project, every single person I have engaged with at Amberwood was helpful, informative and polite. The office teams were incredibly responsive and answered every question I had, in addition to co-ordinating survey appointments and custom alterations to my order. The windows themselves are utterly stunning, matched only by the quality and care of workmanship from the teams that installed them. 10/10 service, highly recommended!

  First class service provided from start to finish. Everything ordered to time, cost and quality. Fitters were always thinking of my elderly mother whilst working and house was left very clean and tidy at end of each day. Dermot , the owner popped round to check how job was going and rang me to make sure I was happy with workmanship etc. Couple of snags were put right no problem within 2 days. Would highly recommend this company.
