  Excellent Customer Service

  I couldn’t recommend Ambush enough. I’ve been with them for years with no issues. This weekend the control box kept creating a warning bell every 15 minutes. We reported to ambush via the emergency number late Sunday afternoon. Within an hour an engineer arrived and solved the issue. Excellent customer service.

  We have had our alarm with Ambush for many years. They are friendly and efficient and should there ever be a problem, which is very unusual, they sort it out quickly.

  An excellent company

  We had our annual servicing of our security alarm system. We have been with Ambush for more than ten years and they have been consistently brilliant. William Franklin was the engineer who carried out our service. He was polite and knowledgeable and very thorough. We have no hesitation in recommending Ambush.

  Great home security company

  It's such a pleasure dealing with the team at Ambush Security: they make arranging the site visits so easy and the engineer who visits us (Jamie Chowings) is always so friendly and professional - it's great to have continuity of service (he's been looking after us for many years) but on the rare occasions he's been unavailable, his colleagues have always been equally good. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  I’ve been using these guys for 3 years now and I can’t fault the quality of their work. They have installed 3 cameras at my house and maintain them, with an annual maintenance check. Using the cameras ensures I know who comes and goes around my house and the street I live in. I wish I had called them years ago.

  Reliability , good value, excellent service.

  After a power outage which was the fault of the local electricity supplier, the alarm system was taken out and the power of all batteries drained. This meant the alarm was not functioning. I called Ambush the next morning and they had an engineer out the same day. All fixed and at no charge. I have always received this level of excellence service in the 10 years I have been with them.
