    High quality work, reliable and good communication

    I contacted Antz Maintenanz for a quote to redo my elderly parents bathroom. The job entailed stripping out the entire bathroom and installing a shower with mobility seat and grab rails, a new vanity unit and toilet, new IP rated light and walls, floor and ceiling. At all points communication was great, especially as I was managing the project for my parents remotely. Antz recommended options for all aspects of the bathroom, started on the agreed date and finished the work ahead of schedule. Parents very happy as am I. Highly recommended

    Highly recommend

    Highly highly recommend Antz maintenance, very professional and reliable. I had my whole shower tray replaced due to a crack. The works were carried out very efficiently and with minimal mess and disruption to my day. I have also booked them in for another job.

    Full bathroom refurb

    Antz did a great job fitting in my new bathroom. Although the walls werent in the greatest condition he made the tiling look top notch, would definitely recommend.

    cloakroom refit

    Azlan started work exactly when we required & when our flooring was delayed he, helpfully, left & returned to fit our schedule. He put us in touch with a bathroom supplier giving us trade prices and making ordering our fittings much easier. Azlan was punctual, worked hard & his price was fair. He fetched additional items as needed and brought in an electrician meaning all jobs we requested were completed. He also found us decorators for the adjoining utility. At times we'd have liked a little more attention to detail but his tiling was very good. Overall we are very happy to recommend him.

    Professional job

    Azlan is really professional, turns up on time and is very helpful. Just installed a shower, sink, toilet and did some tiling in my rental flat. Even came back to finish the job without a quibble because I hadn't bought enough tiles. Would definitely recommend.
