I employed Antz Maintenantz to complete two bathrooms and a kitchen.
In 2021 I employed Antz Maintenantz to complete a bathroom refit in a rental property in Birmingham. I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of the work provided that I recently got them to complete two bathroom refits at my home in Stafford and a kitchen refit in my rental property. Again, I experienced a high level of professionalism and dedication on both the bathroom and kitchen refits, with the quality of the finished works also being exemplary. Bathroom refurbish
Punctual, trustworthy and helpful. Was able to get some bits and bobs that I hadn’t gotten and he was very clean and kept the rest of my the house spotless. Was also really helpful to come and do some final touch ups after the job was done too. Thanks!
Repair a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink
Aslam has helped with the maintenance of my property for many years. He is quick efficient and friendly. He found the leak and had spare parts with him to repair it straight away.
New Bathroom installation
Azlan installed a new bathroom for me. He completed stripped out the old bathroom and re-fitted a new one in a few days. It looks exactly how I pictured it - amazing! Complete bathroom refurbishment.
Azlan fully refurbished our main bathroom. We are extremely happy with the result. He has completed this to a very high standard. He is reliable and professional and clearly takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to complete our bathroom despite some issues that had to be resolved with delivery of our fittings. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him again.
Fitting a mixer shower
A real pleasure to deal with. Straight forward- did the job as described, helpful, courteous and high quality result. Charged agreed price and didn’t even charge for materials as it didn’t take as long as expected. Will definitely use again.
