Aquilo Air installed a Samsung multi-split system in my home, and the service was outstanding. Sam was honest, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout. The installation was neat, professional, and completed to a very high standard using quality materials. The aftercare was excellent, with Sam stopping by the next day as he was local to check everything was good. His recommendation of Samsung WindFree units was spot on—they’re incredibly effective and quiet. Sam and Dave did an excellent job installing our aircon system, a unit in the lounge and a unit in the loft to serve 3 bedrooms. No issues, professional, trustworthy, would have them back any time. Highly recommend!

Truly fantastic. Sam is not a salesman. He is honest and very technical. Very factual, which helped us in the decision with the system we chose. Sam and his team went out of their way during the two day install. Again communication was outstanding give we both work from home. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and these were the cleanest of trades we have ever used. From quote stage to install and commissioning our experience has been fantastic.

Excellent communication, price was very good , tidy , curteous. Advice and general information given at length (I do like to talk and ask questions). Will certainly be using for annual maintenance going foward.
