A tricky fault to fix. I explained the problem and Warren Barnard ordered a spare part based on the photograph I took of the cistern, and then fitted it. He also fitted a new tap for the toilet, so that we could turn off the mains in the bathroom and avoid future similar leaks! Many thanks for persistence in resolving the issue and for a very reasonable price.

It is very nice for companies to quote you for work, turn up on schedule and complete the work in allocated time!
