Good communication. Arrived promptly and fixed the problem.

Very pleasant handyman job was to refit guttering on conservatory all done and even cleaned all the guttering.

Communication was excellent, they came on the day we booked. Two guys worked hard to put the bannister up and it looks great. Would use again.

The bracket at one end of vertical blind had come loose. Craig from Area Maintenance re-installed all 3 brackets with better plugs and bigger screws. He was friendly and polite and worked very efficiently and cleanly. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Area Maintenance regarding a leak coming from my water tank. I called at 8.30am and they were here by 10am; incredible! Craig and Ethan were excellent, they explained everything to me after locating the issue within one minute and fixing the issue within half an hour. Excellent work, couldn't be happier!
