Mark delivered a faultless experience in designing and installing the new kitchen 10/10!

Mark designed, sourced and fitted my new bathroom. He kept me informed at all times and he went above and beyond to offer his expert advice on all aspects and make best use of the space. His workmanship is second to none and the finished bathroom is stunning. Mark worked long hours and left the job in a very tidy condition each day.

I am a previous client and I have also recommended Mark to friends, some of whom have not been happy with him or his work. In December I asked Mark for help with installing a replacement integrated washing machine, the obvious choice having fitted the original kitchen. He was happy to support. Following periods of radio silence, unsubstantiated delays and woeful excuses, Mark let me down on the morning he was due to come, 6th February, just shy of 2 months since he committed to do the work. He left me with a broken washing machine and a new one with no fitter. Would never use/recommend again.

We asked Mark to assist with a full refurbishment of the ground floor, including installing a new kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, garage conversion, new doors and flooring, repairing damaged ceilings and redesigning living room space. Mark was also invaluable in coordinating significant additional trades including major electrical works, central heating and plastering. This was a major body of works and throughout Mark was highly professional, innovative (he had many very helpful suggestions) and very pleasant to have around. We would highly recommend his services.

Called Mark in to fit new flooring for kitchen. We decide on vinyl click system and the floor needed levelling. He has done a great job on both. Quality work in spite of some challenges of floor levels and previous installation work. All done at a reasonable price.

Mark was fantastic from start to finish, offering great advice and going above and beyond to get everything perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again and recommend him to others.
