  Had a blocked drain.

  They came within an hour of being called out. Quickly ascertained the cause of the problem. Had to remove mortar from around two drain covers to get access, which was above and beyond what was expected. Cleared the blockage quickly and efficiently. Brilliant service and strongly recommended.

  CCTV Drainage Survey of an old house

  We were happy with the prompt response and availability of Argyle Drains. They arrived on time, carried out the survey and provided advice on-site. They sent a full report as well as a drawing within a few days of our appointment. We received the full CCTV footage by post within a week or so, too, which has been very helpful to have.

  Above and beyond service with integrity

  I was really impressed with the quick response from the technician who came out to address a blocked drain. Upon arrival, he advised me that contacting Southern Water directly would save me money and even told me exactly what to say to ensure they treated it as an emergency. He didn’t charge me for the call-out and wished me the best of luck. It’s rare to encounter such honesty and fantastic work ethic. I’ll definitely be using this company again in the future!

  Argyle drains responded quickly and visited my property to investigate front/rear drain. They were extremely helpful in answering my various drainage related questions and offered solid advice.

  Clearing blocked outside drain

  Gentleman on the phone to book the work was very polite and helpful. Called and they were here in a few hours. Both men very polite and quick. Job only took 20 minutes or so. Everything was left tidy and clean and now drain is completely unblocked and no problems since! Payment by card at the door no faffing around with card details on the phone. Overall very happy with the service, staff kind and helpful and done a good job quickly. Will definitely use again if needed!
