10Verified ReviewThe team were professional but friendly and helpful and got on with the job of moving me with minimal hassle. Joshua, the leader of the team, went 'over and above' to check that I was happy with placement of objects and boxes in my new home and also helping me take down a few surplus shelves that had been left behind. All furniture was dissembled and reassembled properly in my new home. Nothing was too much trouble.

From the start they were professional, friendly and very helpful from quote stage through to the move itself. The removal and packing service was excellent and the people in the day were careful and respectful of items being moved. Would highly recommend.

They really took so much of the stress out of the process. especially on the move day when there was a delay but they remained very relaxed and put absolutely no pressure on. I particularly liked the way two extra guys who had finished early came along to help with unloading when it finally happened. A great team ethos!

10Verified ReviewThe team packed up most of the contents of my house the day before the move, then completed it the following day. The actual moving day was very hot and we had numerous delays compounded by the ITOutage. The team never added to the stress of the day and were polite, respectful and did everything they could to make the day go smoothly. They even gathered a team of more colleagues to help with the move into the new property due to the lateness of the day. The office team were aways calm and clear in their communication. I would strongly recommend Arnold & Self. Exceptional service from all.

Arnold & Self are a highly experienced, customer friendly, Removal Company, which has been trading since 1986. Originally carrying out furniture deliveries for several local retailers we then moved into the removal market. Over the years we have developed our business by adding purpose built vehicles to our fleet and training our staff to a high standard. We are active members of the British Association of Removals and sign up to their code of conduct approved by the Trading Standards Institute.
Based in Hackbridge, South London. Arnold and Self carry out local, national, European and Commercial removals to the highest of standards. We have excellent access to both the centre of London and surrounding areas. Our purpose built storage warehouse offers clean, dry and secure storage for all your treasured possessions.
