I used Ashely Flooring (Walton) for my bathroom and shower room floor. They did a great job. We needed some advice (and work) as the sub-floor was in poor condition and they did a great job getting it all sorted as part of their quoted work. They have a good range of products, sensibly priced. They came and gave a quote with no obligation or pressure and give a sensible quote. Bathroom looks amazing now.

I have had LVT flooring laid. Ashley Flooring came out very quickly, gave a very competitive quote and arranged fitting very soon after. Nigel the fitter has done an excellent job. Beautifully laid. Very clean worker and went the extra mile in clearing things away before leaving for the night. He has left the place spotless and even laid a rug for me. Thank you guys, I can't recommend you all enough.

Gary and the team in the Addlestone branch were very helpful and knowledgable around the pros and cons of different flooring types. We had to wait for a new concrete flooring screed, laid by our builder to dry, but they were very accurate with their lead times and predictions on the floor drying times. They laid the floor with latex underlay in the space of four days. The finish is of a high standard. Their after care is excellent. 100% would recommend.

We had a bar floor that was badly installed, we worked closely with Ashley Flooring to agree on a solution and a quotation. They started on the date we agreed and carried out a first class job, Greg the fitter was excellent, good communications and good clean worker. We are all very pleased with the outcome.

Very happy with the quote, the product purchased and 90% of the fitting. I wish I could have given all 10’s but the after care has not been good. I paid Nigel, the fitter, once the job was finished and in hindsight I should have waited, I realised a day or so later I was not happy with a small part of the fitting in one of the bedrooms. 7 months later, after numerous emails and personal visits to the shop I still haven’t seen sight nor sound of Nigel.
