Blocked toilet - Keith came and used a camera down the toilet to see what was going on - identified a blue plastic object beyond bend of toilet - managed to free it after several attempts. Took him about an hour. Good work!!

A previous plumber had been pout twice and claimed to have unblocked the toilet, but then recommended I get another plumber who would have to take the toilet apart to find out where the blockage was. I called Keith that evening and he was able to come the very next morning and sort it out...without having to take the toilet apart!!
