We recently used ATR removals (Simon and Harry) and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. After living in our London home for 76 years, clearing it out was a daunting task, but Simon and his team made it seamless and stress-free. Harry and the team were excellent. In what was a very stressful move for a variety of reasons, they were one constant that allowed us to not have to worry about this particular element. They came the day before to pack up our remaining items, bringing their own boxes and tape, and turned up promptly on our moving day. Always courteous, adaptable and hardworking, I would always recommend them to anyone who needs this service. Even post-move, the after sales support has been great, collecting used boxes at no further charge.

ATR undertook to move our house on a specified date, took a 50% deposit, confirmed that everything was in order on receipt of deposit and again when we notified them that we were due to exchange. At exchange we confirmed date again to be told that they'd given our booking away. No apology, no explanation. On completion day, they showed up to our property with the new owners, their staff were obnoxious and rude to us and the new removal company. They have ignored all our calls and emails since. Absolutely shameful level of "service", especially when they showed up on moving day. AVOID!

This was our first house move in forty years, so naturally we were anxious about finding a reliable company to do the job. Simon came to appraise the job and provided a very reasonable quote. Harry, Tom and Dean arrived on The Day exactly at the time promised and parked up their lorry carefully in our narrow road. Within three hours they had emptied the house of some extremely heavy boxes and all our furniture and after a break for lunch they delivered everything safely to the new home. We were more than satisfied with ATR's service and can happily recommend them.

Harry and his team arrived promptly at 8am to move us out of our two bed first floor flat which only took them an hour and a half, despite three sets of stairs! We had a few hours to wait until the new property was ready but they kept in touch and moved everything in where we needed it in only 40 mins! The whole team were super friendly and polite, even stepping in to help us disconnect a washing machine at the new property which wasn’t planned! All round brilliant service and made what could have been a stressful moving day a complete breeze! Highly recommend :-)
