  Single storey extension, knock through and new kitchen

  Rob visited us on several occasions and took all the hard work out of our hands,he coordinated the work from start to finish and was readily available in person or by phone for any question that were brought up. We’ve used builders in the past but his eye for detail and ideas are second to none. His workforce were always on time, punctual and would leave the workspace immaculate at the end of each working day. I would definitely recommend Ayling prestige as it was an effortless process from start to finish and gave us the home of our dreams

  New Extension, new triple roof, and total gutting of the house

  Ayling Prestige did a fantastic job. They built the extension in old stone to match the original old farmhouse. Rob took care of every little detail from the windows to the doors, staircase kitchen,heating. We now have a super modern warm large and comfortable house with underfloor heating, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The team were young, local, honest and well mannered. Rob kept me up to date, communicating efficiently all the time. They worked hard and were even at work even at weekends - Saturdays and Sunday’s. We are very happy we chose Rob Ayling he has built us a dream house.

  Kitchen.

  Ayling prestige renovation done my kitchen for me in the agreed time and was very very polite and very reliable on time everyday and kept the place clean and tidy as the jobs were taking place I would 100% recommend Ayling prestige renovation and I will be using them again in the future .

  Large patio.

  After the positive experience of using Rob and his team to build our extension, I was very keen that he should also build our large, two-tier patio. The project went smoothly and on completion of the patio, I was once again very impressed by the quality of Rob' s work and the level of finish that was achieved. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Rob and his team for other building projects and home improvements (and in fact have already done so).

  Home Extension.

  Rob and his team were all polite and courteous and were a pleasure to have around. They did an excellent job of our extending our detached home and the project came in on time and on budget. Rob kept me informed throughout the process and he also made practical suggestions that enhanced the overall appearance and functionality of the build. When the extension was completed, I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the level of finish. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Rob and his team for other building projects and home improvements.
