  Jason and the BTS team stepped in and helped get our home finished after another firm let us down. Saviours!! BTS quickly gained a comprehensive understanding of our project, provided a straight forward scope of work quickly and started as soon as we agreed the price. Jason worked with us to ensure the price quoted met our budget and that our project could be saved. Jason updated us through each stage of the works and proposed solutions to unforeseen problems quickly and effectively, delivering us an amazing home to a high standard. Would highly recommend BTS and their team.

  Jason and his team are a fantastic, friendly and profession bunch. The work was completed to a high standard and without any fuss. Late changes to final requirements were accommodated easily even if in reality it probably was a pain in the neck they never showed it. Even the discovery of an unknown collapsed drain was dealt with without any dramas. Would I use these guys again - absolutely I would. In fact I have some work lined up already.

  So disappointed with the appalling service we have received from BTS Construction. Came recommended from friends. First site visit December 2020, total of 7 jobs quoted for in early January 2021. As of 28th April 2021 just one job has been completed, total of 2 days on site in 4 months. Advised to order materials for work to take place, months later this still takes up most of our front room. One reply to in excess of 10 emails, same with text messages. We feel that we have been led along by this company. Minor work completed disappointing, work area left filthy with damage to décor. Avoid!

  Wow! Jason, Chris, Charlie, Al, John and Dom are all amazing tradesmen. They are highly skilled and our kitchen has been completed to a really high standard. Jason gave us a great quote for the work and arranged the structural engineer and organized planning certificates. We didn't need to do anything. Jason organized everything and all the tradesmen arrived on time and were all lovely people to have working in your home. They came up with great design ideas, which gave us a really high end finish to our kitchen project. They removed waste every day, so no skip was needed. Thank you.

  Jason and his guys have been amazing. They have been a pleasure to have around and has become quite a friend. The standard of work has been great and they have all been really helpful. The people that he has brought in to decorate, the electrician and plumber have also been brilliant.
