Replacement of broken dishwasher
From the engineer, who came initially to possibly repair the dishwasher (it was irreparable), to the service in the shop and finally to the delivery and installation of new machine - all outstanding in their knowledge about machines and gave sound, sensible advice. Highly Recommended
A week ago in this latest bout of hot weather our twelve year old inbuilt Neff Fridge/Freezer failed. Wishing to support local businesses we went to Baileys, where Chris, who could not have been more helpful, managed to find a Bosch like for like replacement at a fair price. Yesterday the two man team from Baileys came to swap out he Fridge/Freezer unit. They were absolutely superb in all aspects of the job. In fact the new unit was fitted to a much higher standard than the one they removed. Excellent from start to finish
We've used Baileys for purchase and installation of many appliances over the years (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, etc) so it seemed obvious to buy a new double oven from them too. In the shop they are always knowledgable about the appliances as well as efficient and friendly around getting delivery and installation sorted. The installation itself was, as anticipated, also efficient and well done. The installers arrived within the time-frame allotted and were courteous , helpful, and tidy. Replaced washing machine
Plamen came out initially to inspect a faulty, leaking washing machine and quickly identified that it needed replacing. He was friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process.
