  Excellent removal service

Second time using Barleycorn. As expected, a first class service from the team. Everything was packed beautifully and the move undertaken with skill and patience. The lads were kind and courteous - I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

  Trustworthy, reliable and great communicators.

We had an excellent experience with Barleycorn Removals moving from Caversham to Lyme Regis. Special thanks to Chris, who managed the whole process with a calm, professional and friendly approach. His communication was excellent and we always felt our possessions were in safe hands. When issues arose, including some outside his control, he handled them calmly and found solutions. Chris and his team worked incredibly hard to make the move a success. It’s clear that putting clients first isn’t just something Chris says — it’s something he demonstrates. We would happily recommend Barleycorn.

  Pack & Move

I requested a pack and move service. Unfortunately, the June heatwave presented a unique challenge but the team all did their best to ensure the move went as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate all the hard work and positivity in difficult circumstances. Fully recommend Barleycorn Removals for removal needs and am sure I’ll call on them again in the future.

  Excellent removal company

Barleycorn is a first rate removal company. I would highly recommend them for your future moves. Professional, hardworking friendly and diligent. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received both by phone and during the move itself. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks for the care and patience you took during my move.

  The best you can get

I hope the fact that this is the third time I have used Barleycorn is enough of a cue to just how reliable they are. My most recent move was a long-distance, big life event, so it had enough drama attached to start with. Knowing I could trust Chris and his team meant it was the last thing on my mind. Barleycorn managed my changing needs with calmness and kindness, including having to split the move into two dates. And a shout out to Jemma needs to be made for this too. On both the move dates - a month apart - the two teams were top-notch, agreeable and efficient. Communication throughout
