Water softener looked decidedly grim when I was putting new blocks in. Actually expected engineer to say it was beyond help. Peter spent a long time on a very hot day cleaning it out and restoring it to life. At all times he was professional, polite and friendly. A really fine ambassador for the company. By the way, the call handlers are top notch too! Great service and a great job all round.

Second time I've ordered but upgraded to a subscription service , was kept informed of the delivery at all times and it even turned up before the estimated time. Delivery was made to my back door so moving it was a doddle, your driver is Simon is a gem.

Great communication over the phone. Punctual, tidy, and really helpful. They walked us through the system the previous owners had installed in the house, and explained everything we needed to do to keep it running smoothly. Very pleased with the whole experience and would happily recommend them.

Excellent service as always delivering salt

We have been ordering our block salt from Basingstoke Softeners for a while now and the service has been excellent. Today we had a new Water Softener installed by engineer Tim following a service of the present one and once again our experience including advice given was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation.
