Our booking could be considered non-standard but the booking was completed efficiently and politely and the details were clear. The engineer was timely and able to explain clearly what was required. Work was completed to my complete satisfaction and no further payments were necessary. I'll continue buying salt from BSL and will have no hesitation using their services again if the need was to arise. Thank You.

Basingstoke Softeners are a first rate company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our friends. We had our old block salt softener replaced. The appointment was easily made, and the engineer charming, knowledgeable and helpful. All has been completed tidily and is working a treat. We have always bought our block salt from them too with a great delivery service. Definitely A star!

Making the booking was very straight forward and engineer turned up on time. Tim was very professional and efficently fixed the issue with our softener. He kept us informed throughout and explained how the unit works. Excellent service.
