Perrie has fixed my shower for me. Despite the work taking longer than expected, which was entirely my fault, he did not complain or charge me extra. He even found the time to quickly sort out a minor issue with the bathroom window I mentioned in passing and explained to me how to avoid this in future. Such a lovely, genuine person and always provides top quality service. I would score more than 10 if I could. Very highly recommended.

Perrie has helped me before by installing a new bathroom and refitting my existing bathroom about 4 years ago. He was brilliant then so he was the first person I called about the 2 small jobs I have now - repairing my toilet and shower. So many people advertise as being happy to take on small jobs but are not interested when asked about this. Perrie isn't one of these, thank goodness. He did exactly as promised and has now fixed my toilet. He's checked the shower and ordered the part for it to fit on arrival. He is brilliant, so helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. Highly recommended.

I found Mr Luke with this company. Who took care of our wooden flooring. I was not sure as it was not in the separate advertisement. I had no pictures n previous reviews to rely on Luke expertise for flooring. But took a risk to call him n discuss the damaged floor situation and new room flooring. He recommend to go for floating flooring to match previous flooring level. I cannot recommend him enough how nicely the work was done. He is efficient, fast, clean master of flooring. This is the second time that Pierre and Luke have done a job for me. As before it was a pleasure to have them working in my home. They are knowledgeable in what they do and was able to give me friendly advice. They did everything they could to ensure the work was of a high standard. Their thoroughness was impressive.. Their timing was spot on. The work done was value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would have them do more work in my home.
