Quick and super reliable! Replied promptly to my millions of questions and advised me on the best flooring for my house. I’m that happy with the work that’s been carried out, Iv booked in to have the entire house carpeted. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the work. From start to finish, Louie was really helpful and accomodating (working around all the furniture we had to leave in place in the lounge). Communication was great and the floor is fantastic. The actual work and attention to detail were spot on. Will 100% use Louie again.

I rang to arrange a quote to get flooring installed in our upstairs w/c. When I said we lived in Worthing, the guy said ‘that’s too far to come out and it’s a 2 hour round trip’. I challenged him on this and said ‘that’s not the case, as me and my husband commute to work on Brighton daily’. Then he said it was ‘from Peacehaven’ and I then told him ‘I also work in Peacehaven and have friends that live there and it it’s not a 2 hour round trip from there to Worthing’. He was then quick to end the call because ‘he was laying a floor’, he said. To summarise he could not be bothered to come Worthing to quote

Louie did a fabulous job laying a solid oak herringbone parquet floor in living room and hallway, looks magnificent. He sorted out difficulties with floors not being level, and differences where walls and chimneys had been removed. He was a pleasure to work with , an extremely hard worker and I would highly recommend him.
