Richard was recommended by friends who spoke highly of his work. The main job was demolition of our old attached garage with a rebuild into a utility and store room with new foundations and a sloped tiled roof with skylights. He also re-rendered the upper exterior of the house, replaced gutters and soffits, and built a patio and steps at the rear. Richard presented us with choices and advice at every stage, and was quick to address any issues. The work was completed to time and to a high standard. Five years on we are still very happy and would not hesitate to call on Richard again.

These guys really are what you look for when engaging for a builder but don’t have the luxury of knowing someone that can give you a recommendation. I engaged with Rich early on in my project, when plans were drawn up but not approved. He was one of the few that took time review and make helpful suggestions to make the build a realisation and not a pipe dream, as originally it would have been grossly out of my budget. His team are hardworking and approachable. Building work is stressful, but having these guys makes it that little less so. I can’t fault them in anyway. Super guys.

Seamless installation of water softener into a 1930's property, working around existing plumbing, keeping hard water supply to kitchen and garden. Tidy workmanship and excellent attention to detail. This was an additional job to a bathroom refit which we asked for at the last minute and Simon was very accommodating at fitting in the extra work without delaying the project completion - excellent customer service!

Simon completed a total refit of a downstairs bathroom to an exceptional standard. He's excellent at problem solving... working round an existing underfloor heating mat to install new plumbing, to achieve the desired result without increasing costs. Simon is meticulous in his work and extremely tidy day-to-day. He is very good at communicating to get the details right. He has now completed 3 separate projects for us (2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen) and has been timely and efficient on every one. Would highly recommend.

We recently had a complete refurbishment of our kitchen carried out by Simon and his team. From start to finish the work was carried out seamlessly. We couldn't fault anything and the kitchen is beautiful.

We are thrilled with our new downstairs shower room, Simon shows great attention to detail and takes time and pride in his work. It was a delight to have one capable person do the whole job rather than an army of tradespeople in and out! He was incredibly tidy , courteous and was a pleasure to have around and we would certainly recommend him.
