Dean was so thorough and helpful. No leak was detected however his knowledge of terraced 1930's properties and the general plumbing was faultless. He could not detect a leak, thankfully however was very helpful for the next steps we should take for seeing to where the source of water coming in might come from.

I called Dean out having been informed by thames water that a leak was my responsibility. He turned up quickly and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Was able to find and explain the source of the problem and assisted me with negotiating the beaurocracy and complexities of thames water to get the job back on track. He made efforts to ensure I clearly understood the problem and likely saved me thousands in unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service, spotted the issues almost immediately and provided us with an honest and long term solution. Left the area clean after work, turned up on time and worked efficiently.
