From placing order to installation exemplary service. Communication was good so when there were a couple of unexpected issues that arose they were quickly resolved. A professional, considerate company that was easy to deal with and transparent at all times, so there were no surprises along the way. Biggerstaff ticked every box. I heard back within the hour, quotation was great value. Admin were thorough and courteous, the survey was punctual and professional, the timings were exactly as explained and the fitting took just over half a day. From start to finish I had dealt with professionals who cared, that could deliver what they said and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with the end result. Even a follow up.
