    Following us receiving our estimate and agreement, Alan came and surveyed the windows, explaining what we should expect. Fitting was scheduled and for the purposes of continuity we were pleased to see Alan returning to do the fitting of downstairs shutters. He completed the task in a professional manner, was very tidy and courteous at all times.

    The visit to assess the job and quote was on time, courteous and helpful. There was no pressure to commit; but as soon as we confirmed, the appointment to come and do the work was easily arranged. The fitter arrived on time and was polite and friendly, removing the old rail from the site and leaving everything clean and tidy after completing the job. He took care to warn us that the plaster might crack due to the existing state of the wall; but in fact was able to do the job without leaving any marks or damage.

    Aaron showed us the blinds at the showroom, he explained all the various systems available. He visited us at home and explained the best system for what we required. Punctual, smart and very polite. Suggested we get quotes from other companies as well. Alan fitted the blinds, very punctual and polite. He showed us what he was fitting and confirmed it with the invoice. All blinds fitted perfectly and no mess left at all. Would hardly have known he was there. Excellent service all round.

Once the awning had beend the installation was very quick and with a very high level of workmanship. After sales service was also outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
