  • New alarm battery

    Electricity was switched off in error and alarm went off after about an hour. Engineer came within 45 minutes and found the fault and fitted new battery to fix it. Good explanation of what caused the problem. Service was first rate.

    I have been with Blitz for a few years now. Their excellent standards have never dropped. When I had a problem with my WiFi I called to discuss it and they took the trouble to find a way round it so that I wasn’t left without security. They took so much trouble to help, knowing I was alone. Real customer care. I cannot praise them highly enough.
