I have had an awful experience with this company since the very first time they were called out. I would advise no one to deal with them- and to use a real plumbing company instead. I am unable to list out every issue in detail due to character limits-to sum up: they didnt order parts when they confirmed they would, they advised me a CCTV study was done when it was not performed and are trying to get me to pay for it - they missed a appointment - told me they would compensate for this and never did. Genuinely just awful from start to finish and if i can i will add full details in comments.

Just had Zac from BlockBusters to look at a problem in a bathroom waste pipe. Others had failed to come up with a sensible solution but Zac was brilliant. Solved the immediate issue and suggested a sensible long term strategy. Couldn’t be happier with his work and his professional and friendly approach.

Had to call these guys out for a blocked drain over the weekend. Very quick response although the first van suffered a burst hose and had to call for a 2nd van. Both Max and Zak were professional and quickly sorted the problem and cleaned the drain out. Highly recommended and thank to both the guys.

Jason updated us when he was nearby, he was friendly and approachable and knew his stuff, he got the job done within under an hour and the block was clear with a good old fashion rod… he informed us of the after care should we experience any further issues then call them out and look at getting a CCTV survey, we would recommend them to anyone.

Broken water meter, leading to a crack in water mains directly from meter. A couple of problems with consistent leaking even after meter was replaced, and after Blockbusters repaired pipe. Turns out second water meter was either not installed correctly, or faulty, as leak has finally stopped after being replaced again. Blockbusters work very hard, and they are definitely a tight team who get the job done, as well as carry out professional training inhouse. Additionally, their assurances of returning should the same issue arise is great reassurance.

Zak was very prompt and let us know when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived and got straight to work and found the issue immediately. He showed us the problem and explained things was was highly insightful and useful to know for any future problems(hopefully none). Zak was very professional, efficient and didn’t judge out attempt at fixing the problems ourselves! Would highly recommend for any issue. The lovely women in the office were also extremely kind and helpful.
