I had a problem with my bathroom sink. Both the plug and the tap needed replacing. I contacted Bog Standard who arranged an appointment to attend and came and advised me what I needed in regards to parts, a follow up appointment was made and everything was sorted. Excellent communications throughout the process, high standard of work and I would use Bog Standard again and recommend to friends and family
