  Bathroom refurbushment including fitting of toilet, bath, vanity unit and plumbing for a new shower

  We were really excited to start our bathroom refurbishment after waiting months due to Covid however the excitement was short lived as it soon became a very stressful and negative experience. Work started at the end of April and we were told it would be completed in 5 days. However 12 weeks on the job is still not complete. We have experienced serious issues with workmanship, three items were damaged including both showers and the bath. Upon replacing the bath, tiles and plasterboard were damaged, two weeks on and it still hasn't been repaired and havent heard from them in the last 5 days.

  David and Allan provided a first rate service, offering helpful advice, clear explanations and sticking to agreed times. We were very happy with the work completed and would definitely recommend them.

  Fitting a new toilet and valve

  Got almost an immediate response from Borders All Trades Ltd after I left a message to “ Check-A-Trade.Com. We were asked what was required, they were right onto the job straight away, Told us what to do, how to and where to go to get the parts that were needed. After we sussed out what we wanted from plumbers supplier we got in touch to say when items were to be delivered at our home. Border All Trades. Phoned to ask if toilet had been delivered, then everything worked like clockwork with plumber arriving on site a few days later. Job completed and a very satisfactory

  Toilet Cistern repair, water leak

  I have to say I'm very pleased with the work carried out by Borders All Trades. Alan did a very good job, arrived early, took time to explain what needed to be done, he was very tidy and mindful of my flat, and quickly resolved the cistern issue which was fast becoming a problem as water was running constantly. I also got a quote for another job I need so will be calling them again soon. I'd happily recommend Borders All Trades Ltd for any Plumbing issues.

  Fixed an emergency mains water leak

  I would highly recommend using this company/plumber . Excellent service from start to finish with excellent communication. They had to contact Scottish Water to co-ordinate the shutting off the supply and they kept me informed at all times. It was a stressful situation as I was without water or heating and they were reassuring and scheduled my job as a priority. The plumber was informative giving good explanation of what was required and reassuring that they would get it resolved . I would not hesitate to use this company again.

  Fit my washing machine

  Trades person came out on a Saturday. Was punctual. Did the job required . Tidied up after himself. I will use this company again.
