  I had 3 windows and a front door installed in one day. Nothing was too much trouble and even though I went out for the day, I was kept informed of progress throughout. Prior to installation, communication was very clear. Mark is like me 'old school' and this goes a long way in my opinion; eye to eye contact (rare these days), no overselling, oh and a handshake, remember those? My windows and door are lovely, just in time for the weather turning. I'd also like to give a special mention to Gary and (a second) Mark, the fitters, who did such a fantastic job, I'm a very happy customer, thank you all so much.

• Replacing Aluminium windows

  We had 5 windows replaced. Quotations were hanlded great. Mark really knows his stuff and doesn't try to oversell. Turned up on the correct time and date Mark and his team did a great job despite some unforseen challenges removing the old windows Very happy with the job and price. As I know it can be a bit of a minefield getting a decent UPVC supplier. Will be using again and will be recomending to people.

  We have used Bradford UPVC company twice within the last 7 months and have never let us down. Mark always turns up on time to give you the quote, no hard sales, competative prices ( not cheapest but not dearist either) and always keeps you up to date during the manufacturing schedule. Mark also ensures he's onsite just before the fitter finishes the job to ensure everything has been done to a good standard. Gary (fitter) has lots of experience, he's always polite and respectful in your home and a really good fitter.

  This is the 3rd time using this company and all I can say is excellent, communication is really good and quick to answer questions it feels like I'm the only customer on the books but not, the after customer service is important to me so if I have a problem Mark is quick to solve and doesn't take your money and run sorry I cant remember the fitter name but worked at a high standard and the finished was superb I would definitely used this company again
