I had difficulty emailing Tony ( my end not his) so we communicated via WhatsApp. He came round and quoted quickly and then kept me up to date regularly. He was courteous and friendly. His team were great and left the place very tidy every night . The Job was completed quickly and efficiently. The scaffolder broke a small window pane and Tony gave me a large discount for the inconvenience. I really liked dealing with him and his team.

From initial engagement to the completion of the job the whole team were prompt, couteous and professional. An absolute pleasure to have over to do some work and would very happily recommend them.

I had a written quote which I accepted in September 2020 but after many exchanges of emails since then and promises of completing my work "next week" they have failed to turn up or give explanation. If they did not want the job why quote for it - why not call me and say we will never be able to do the work which would have allowed me to find an alternative This is appalling customer relations.

Tony is an excellent tradesman. We have had ongoing issues with our roof and pointing and some very poor repairs in the past. Tony was incredibly reliable, helpful and professional. He provided regular updates and completed the work on time and to budget. I would highly recommend Tony for any brickwork repairs.
