Replacemenr of French Door multilock system
Richard was very prompt in his response to our enquiry, courteous on arrival and professional in his assessment of the problem. When he identified a direct replacement was not available due to the age of the part, he found the most lowcost solution to our problem which involved creating a new mechanism using part of the existing unit alongside some replacement components. Despite this, the job was completed in 3 working days from query to remedy. Could recommend more.
