He had plenty of opportunity to increase the scope of works but assured me this was not necessary and we should monitor and revisit if required. He is a star. Versatile and Imaginative and direct. If a job is impossible he says so and offers a solution. If he thinks a repair or adaptation will work as well as a major replacement he says so and does the job.
