Ben called before he arrived to let us know his approximate arrival time. He was friendly and helpful and located the problem but did not have the necessary part so will book in a new appointment to fit part once it is to hand. I would recommend him.

Toby and Darryl attended to repair a faulty WC. They were punctual, friendly and very efficient in resolving the issue and left everything in a tidy state.

Scott who came out to find and repair a leak I had in my mains water pipe was brilliant. He wasted no time in digging down to where he thought the leak was and within hardly any time found the leaky joints which he then replaced with new ones. Throughout the whole process he was very polite and professional, keeping me informed the whole time which I really appreciated. He left the site so clean and tidy that you would never have known he was there,

Darryl and Toby came when they said. They listened and appreciated the urgency of the problem (my ageing mother had a leak in her kitchen). They quickly identified the problem and did more than required to fix it. They cleaned and checked we were happy. Recommended
