Contracted to remedy damp work in sub basement and office. Turned up exactly on time to survey. Quote came through quickly. Work scheduled. Courtesy call the day before to confirm. Clearly this is dusty l, messy work and was carried out during heatwave. Guys did their best to minimise dust, turned up on time every day. Job done to schedule and site tidied. Very good.

Excellent job of damp-proofing and replastering ceiling and walls - very professional and very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

BWT's surveyor Phil came to inspect the property and gave advice on several problem areas. He promptly sent a report and quote for injecting a damp proof course and replastering/tanking 2 kitchen walls. (The report also set out what external building maintenance work was necessary by builders.) Pete came to carry out the internal works over 4 days and has done a very good job. He and Phil answered all my queries before, during and after the work.

New floors fitted through flat. Was an extensive job as all sub flooring replaced. Work done to an extremely high standard and left clean and tidy. Excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team.

The whole of the team in the office and out on the job have been great. Very professional and affable team came to our house. They worked very hard, and did their best to minimise the effect of building work on our lives and our home. We are delighted with the result, and we are extremely grateful. Highly rated.
