  Demolish garage in preparation for a single story extension.

  Stewart and his team arrived spot on time this morning for the start of project. I couldn't be happier with their friendly attitude and professionalism, the whole gravel drive has been carpeted and boarded to prevent contamination. I have had a lot of building work carried out recently by other builders who were far less professional than Stewart and his team, not one of them took the care or paid attention to detail that Word Of Mouth has. At last I have found a building company that really take pride in their work, this teem has really inspired me with confidence for the build ahead.

  Complete refurbishment new roof and double storey rap around extension

  We have been working with Stuart and his team now for eight months and we are nearly ready to move back in. We had a delay with the windows that we ordered but Stuart has managed to work around us and complete all outstanding works to a very high standard! Stuart put temporary windows in because of the time of year and did not want any damp getting in to the property, with the under floor heating on the house has been really toasty. The air conditioning / Heating goes live this week. All three bathroom are completed and all electrics second fixed and signed off. A big massive thanks Stuart

  Garage conversion

  I had an unused garage that needed some extensive repairs so we decided to change it in to a living space, we contacted a number of builders but found Stuart and Team very honest and genuine people. Stuart was very considerate to our needs and helped us design the space into something that met all our wants. The works and finishes were done to a high standard and I would highly recommend By Word of Mouth for any building works or renovations.

  Complete refurbishment double storey rap around extension air con underfloor heating new roof

  Stuart and his team continue to impress us with speed and efficiency of our project. They are starting to cut the roof in next week. All of the structural steels works are now complete the whole of the ground floor is now open plane and looks amazing. We have gained an additional down stairs shower room with toilet etc and a new utility room. We had a large cupboard in our hall way upstairs and Stuart has recommended that we make this in to a large en suit shower room straight off our master bedroom. The under floor heating is going in next week, next 1st fix pluming and electrics are start!

  Double storey extension and loft conversion

  Stu and team have been with us since Jan and we continue to be impressed with the quality of everything they have done. The project has grown due to problems with the existing roof, this has delayed us but Stu has helped us find the best value route forward. Where we've needed him and the team to be flexible they always help us out. Its been a pleasure working with Stu and the team, they are highly professional, diligent and genuine guys.
