  Great chimney fixing

  Thomas did an excellent job of fixing our chimney. Kept us really well informed of what he was finding and what he was doing. Quality of work is excellent and Thomas left everything super neat and tidy each day. Recommend!

  A surveyor advised getting 3 quotes. We were immediately impressed by Tom's pleasant manner, depth of knowledge and passion for his work. Delighted that his quote was the most reasonable and we felt we were dealing with an expert. Tom did not disappoint. His recommended scaffolder was a lovely father/sons operation, they did no damage to our new paving and reacted quickly to remove at the end. Tom was a pleasure to have around, excellent work which we were invited to inspect at each stage. We would totally recommend him for any job he quotes for.

  Renovation of Early Victorian House

  An extremely likable young man who made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. Tom understood from the outset what we were after and moved rapidly to make it happen. His communication was exemplary, both with us and with his men. The job he delivered was complex. We are convinced that there aren’t many with both the breadth of knowledge and the obsession with quality Tom has. He gave us a number of scenarios and the expected budgetary and timing implications of each one. He delivered the best case scenario on almost all of them. We have already recommended him to others.

  In short, Tom has been excellent. I would highly recommend him, I have already passed his details on to other people. This was our first experience buying a property and having works done, it was really reassuring to work with Tom and we felt like we were in a safe pair of hands throughout. Before we even completed the purchase, Tom came and spent a long time looking at the issues the survey had flagged, talking us through our options. When we completed purchase and the works started Tom was incredibly thorough, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Thank you!
