Installing two continuous extract fans in kitchen and bathroom. Replacing two lights.
Mark did an excellent job, installing two continuous extract fans (one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen), and replacing two lights which were no longer working. I'm very happy with the end result.

Replacement of a Franke Kitchen Mixer Tap
It's difficult to find people to do little pieces of work so we were delighted when Mark agreed to replace our kichen tap just over a week after we first contacted him. We already had the new tap and in an hour Mark did a great job of replacing with no mess or hassle, thank you

To create a new ensuite out of a dressing room and turning the old ensuite into a bedroom.
