From the first contact and visit Charlie has been very professional and friendly, he appeared on time both for initial survey and eventual fitting. Th boiler removed and new one fitted with no fuss and my kitchen was left spotlessly clean. I would recommend Charlie and his company without hesitation, well done to all concerned.

Amazing communication, excellent service and very accommodating

I would highly recommend this company. The engineer who came out to service my boiler and tank was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that he was doing. He arrived on time, took off his shoes and put down covers for the carpets and floors and then tidied up afterwards. My invoice was sent to me the same evening and the price was brilliant. Asked for a quote for another job that we wanted doing and the quote came in the same evening!! We will definitely be using them again!
