  Radiator/ heating pipework strip out and replacement

  I can't recommend Alex highly enough. My house is quite old and had a mish mash of legacy heating pipework and poorly functioning radiators. Alex stripped out and reinstalled all of this pipework and radiators in just over a week, including moving the boiler and rerouting the pipes to allow an internal stop tap. He also did an exceptionally neat job with patching up the previous flue holes and adding new exterior pipework. He was super-reliable, good at communicating what was going on and adaptable to my needs and concerns.

  Replacement of taps (basin and bath plus kitchen) and toilet cistern.

  Alex was prompt (arriving before the time agreed) and conscientious (what seemed to be a short job turned out to need more time and effort). He also made sure that I would be at home for a while to ensure everything was working as required.

  Replace Hot Water Tank Thermostat

  Replace immersion heater.

  Alex turned up on time. I showed him the part that I want fitted, and he said that's the wrong part. He said it would take a bit longer than he first quoted, however he would stay and do the job for me. I found Alex to be a vey polite young man. He was telling what he was doing and kept me informed on what was going on. He was very tidy and he cleaned up after himself. Once he finished the job, he said any issues give me a call. Would definitely recommend Alex. He deserves 10 out of 10.
