    Luke from calladine total park homes, had done some work on mothers bathroom, him and his team workmen ship is outstanding and the work quality an very polite and very well mannered. would fully recommend him as I have also to my family and friends.

    Standard of work was appalling. When complaining they said they would return to put right. After numerous attempts at contacting them still no sign of them returning. This was almost a year ago. Absolutely disgusting treating pensioners like this!

  • Back wall bad job

    17 months ago this company did work on the back wall of our unit, the next day (when it had dried) we realised it was not good, so contacted them, as we have done many times a month. One time we were asked if they could ring back in 20 minutes, guests arrived and when they went home, we tried to phone them as no 20 minute call came, and the phone was turned off. The last time we phoned we were told we’ll be there this week that was last week! Still no corresponding. This company is NOT reliable.

    Work was started on the 16th of Jan 2023,which I was told would take 2 or 3 days,on completion of work on tues 17th of Jan,Luke informed me "all jobs are done"and he invited me too inspect work done.He advised that more work was quickly needed to protect new work that had been done.I made the mistake of not getting that qoute in writing,Luke and myself verbally agreed a price,when it came too me paying, the price had gone up £200,According to luke,he had agreed the higher price,in his words "with my missus"she would never do that,also fag butts strewn over back garden,with bins 5ft away.
