Mark originally installed a new boiler for me around 5 years ago and I have always approached him since then for works in my kitchen and bathroom. My 80 year old Grandmother was delighted with the work of Carlton Plumbers. As an OAP she is always very sceptical about tradesmen but they provided a clear breakdown, part deposit part payment on completion and offered additional services to prolong warranty and boiler life. My downstairs radiators were only getting warm- Mark initially tried to balance the system but eventually suggested a power flush as the water when bleeding radiators was heavily discoloured. Mark was on time and kept me informed during the process and was very thorough - the machine did pick up quite a lot of sludge/residue in the collector which Mark showed me - a few hours later the job was done and it took some time to refill and bleed the system - not looking to rush away - end result piping hot radiators (Mark even checked with a laser heat reader) and a happy customer.Verified reviewerJob location: CR810 Worcester 4000 service

Mark turned up on time for my annual boiler service. He began to take the boiler apart showing me each step of the very thorough service. All pressures tested and relevant seals checked. It passed. Mark went on to clean the debris of the magnetron device. There was very little to be seen here due to the very powerful power flush Mark gave the system two years ago. Been without heating for 6 weeks and nobody that I had hired could fix it! Mark from Carlton Plumbers was recommended and I can’t thank him enough. He would not go home until it was fixed and what a problem he had! He didn’t charge us anymore than was quoted despite being here for nearly 12 hours!
