Castle Windows in Walsall, providing and fitting of new front door. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I was quoted a very fair price. I previously had windows fitted with Castle Windows, they did a great jobs, so when I needed further work doing i went to them. Azza and Josh turned up on time, were friendly and professional, they worked non stop, cleaned up after themselves and took time once the job was completed to walk me through what was done, and answered any questions I had. Since 1990 when the company began the business has gone from strength to strength and remains family run. Due to expansion, the company now operates from a depot and office in Woolhampton, which is conveniently situated near the A4 between Newbury and Reading and in close proximity to Basingstoke, Tadley, Thatcham and the surrounding areas.
There have been a number of recent developments in the window and conservatory industry and Castle Windows has worked with its supplier Duraflex to offer the UK’s most energy efficient A – rated window system, providing energy efficiency and security. A full range of pvc-u and composite doors are offered as well as an extensive range of Conservatories and Orangeries. Castle Windows also supply and fit Fascias, Soffits & Guttering to complement the look of your home.
Castle Windows prides itself on a no obligation quotation system whereby one of our experienced sales advisors will visit your property and provide you with all the information and advice you require and then leave you to make your decision. We have 4 experiences sales advisors. Our products are covered by a comprehensive 10-year no quibble guarantee.
With a loyal workforce of over 50 experienced tradesmen, Castle Windows has experienced fitter’s to carry out the installations, several of whom have been with the company since the early 1990’s. A friendly and efficient team of office staff provide excellent customer service and after sales care. We have a dedicated service department and a service engineer can visit you to rectify any problems should they occur.
