Outstanding company.
We have used castle windows 3 times in the past, so when we decided that we wanted to change our conservatory doors they were the only company we went too as they a professional company with outstanding fitters, Carl comes out first to measure talk though what you require, he is such a great guy he gives you a price, leaves you with the quote and if you want to proceed, he gives a fitting date and time, and a week before the fitting they send you a text message with a reminder. Carl gets 100% for customer service, even after he's taken your money!
Carl designed a conservatory in consultation with ourselves and a couple of years later it is still proving to be our favourite room in the house. Efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful

The team kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job, and they managed the brickwork element really well, making sure everything was finished to a high standard.
