  Excellent company and service! After several other quotes, Carl was the only one who gave us sound advice and confidence in the company we were dealing with. The quote was provided same day and was very competitive. Our fitters Billy and Josh were both lovely lads, punctual, hard-working, very professional, kept their working area tidy and both are clearly very knowledgeable in their trade. Their standard of work is excellent. They were really helpful throughout the installation, offering advice and showing us how everything should work. Nothing is too much trouble for this company! A+++++

  Excellent service all round. Couldn't be happier with the work carried out on our house. We had Carl, the boss, come round to give us a quote. He was very polite and explained everything and gave us advice. No pushy sales and was very easy to talk to. The lads that came to fit the windows did a fantastic job. It looks amazing and they cleaned up all the mess after. They are a credit to Castle Windows. All round great experience. Great price and a good service. Couldn't ask for more.

• Replacement of 4 wooden window frames with UPVC

  Fitters came on day arranged, were on time, were very polite and did a superb job. The old internal sills were rotten and these were replaced with UPVC ones which necessitated damaging the plaster-work, which was all made good ready for re-painting. Roller blinds were also refitted. Their own dust sheets were used and vacuum cleaner, leaving everything neat and tidy.

  My second encounter with Castle Windows, another pleasant experience. Carl and his team really care - about doing a good job, and about people. Evident at the initial visit to survey. I'm a little lady, one inch shy of 5 ft. A complicated medical history and associated medical issues, make life challenging. Carl took the time to ensure that the windows would be right for my needs - how windows opened, placing of handles, and spotted one very dangerous situation and took action to sort it. A good company for, ill, disabled and vulnerable customers.
