Very tidy, hoovered every evening, which was great as we were living in the property with 2 small children. The build was very thorough, meeting all the regulations from building control. Finished on time, and introduced us to several other tradesman to complete other aspects of work, all of whom were good at what they did.

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the good levels of communication from Cavendish. I would be very happy to recommend them.

Brian and his team were excellent. Reliable, tidy and great workmanship. He is a perfectionist, hard working and trustworthy. We would highly recommend.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian. He made the process of undertaking such a major build really simply. Brian organised everything and everyone. Everything was seamless and Brian’s organisational skills are second to none. Brian was working on the build every single day alongside the other tradesmen and they all were very hardworking. Brian’s attention to detail is fantastic and the finish to all the work is of a very high standard. Brian is also an incredibly tidy builder, everything was cleaned and swept after every day and Brian kept me informed throughout the whole build.

Brian and his team did an excellent job. Every morning the builders were ready to go and they maintained a hard work ethic throughout the job. All of our neighbours were full of glowing praise, complimenting them on how professional and tidy they were. Brian is a very meticulous builder and the quality of the build is outstanding. All of his employees, from the plumber to the electrician were polite, friendly and took great care with their work. We are very happy with our 'new' house and would easily recommend Cavendish Energy and Construction.

We had a rear extension completed by Brian and his team and are over the moon with the work. We are pleased we chose Brian, not only were we really impressed with the workmanship but he was also an excellent communicator and easy to get on with. From day one Brian took time to listen and talk with us about any questions and queries. He kept us informed about progress and costs. Brian is knowledgeable, polite and easy to discuss things with.
