employed as a certified installer. very expensive, but talked the talk. eventually came and installed an extra battery, i was assured all was working, i diod not know how to chevk so i paid him. a few days later i noticed only 1 battery was working and asked him to come and fix it. this went on for a few weeks and he never came and never intended to. i employed a different installed, who noticed that the wiring was wrong, corrected it. it works now. AVOID

Great service and a sound installation. The whole process including the network operator fuse upgrade) was trouble free. Joel, who obviously knew what he was doing, was pleasant and helpful throughout. And it didn't take long either. Impressed.

Joel did an excellent job with minimum disruption,Prior to the installation he took the trouble to check the power supply and arrange for it to be altered and then he carried out the installation the very next day.

From the first moment I initially contacted Joel he was very friendly and accommodating. The installation was first class and he has a very good knowledge of all different EV chargers and does not try and push you forward any particular make. My unit had a slight fault which was nothing to do with installation but from manufacturing. Joel fitted on a weekend so could not speak to their technical and said he would return on Monday. After undertaking their recommendations the unit fully worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel to anyone. A first class job for a good reasonable price.
