      I contacted Charles as I had issues with both of my flat roofs. Charles came round and advised me of the best way to resolve the issues. He sent me the quote as promised. It was set out clearly and the price was very competitive and reasonable. A date was set for the work to be carried out. Charles and his team carried out the job in good time. I found Charles and his team to be very polite and the work was carried out to a high standard. Once the job was complete they cleared away all the old roof materials and left everything nice and tidy. I would highly recommend and would use again.

      A little difficult scheduling with Charles but it was a small job scheduled in amongst others. Roof was stripped, felt removed and membrane installed, new battons installed and some broken tiles replaced. Work was completed quickly and very tidy - wouldn't have known it has been done if I didn't know - no mess at all. The 2 guys doing the majority of the work were nice and polite. Quote was competetive (considerably less than one quote). Looking to use them again for another job in the near future.
