Mark did a brilliant job of replacing a bath when the old one cracked and caused a flood. I got three quotes and his was by far the most reasonable. The work carried out was top notch and he was quick to respond to everything. I really appreciated his recommendations on taps and bath panel because I wanted something more modern. I've recommend him to all my family and friends.

Excellent workmanship and obviously cares about his customers too, honest and polite. Very reasonable rates compared to the other 2 quotes we got. This wasn’t a minor job and Mr Charnock’s expertise and customer care meant we felt reassured throughout, very pleased.
