I'm incredibly impressed by the work done by Paul Ransom. He was efficient, explained as he went along, and is just the nicest guy ever. He explained my options, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and over a week later not a single problem. Another plumbing company had quoted me over five times more and wanted to demolish my shower. Paul took care of it in less than an hour, no demolishion required. Huge thanks, Paul!
