    Absolutely magnificent.

    Troy is absolutely magnificent. He answered my message while on holiday and helped me select the right tap for him to install when he got back. When here, he worked quietly, diligently and methodically fixing everything in place and ensuring there was no mess. He replaced the parts that were faulty and found the parts that were not sold with the tap to connect non-standard European pipes to UK pipes. Such a brilliant service. Troy is coming back in a couple of weeks to work on the next project.

    Kitchen Tap Install N17

    Troy was awesome! He had availability within 48 hours of contacting him. Troy installed a new kitchen tap. Great workmanship and very reasonably priced. I will contact again if needed in future. Many thanks.

    didn't show up and given out of hours time

    I have booked Bolier service job and these guys didn't turn up. My Job is booked between 12pm to 4pm. I have tried them contacted multiple times from morning but they haven't answered and reverted back. When I contacted them again at 3:45pm , the guy answered and saying he can come any time closer to 8pm. Totally eaten up the day. I would have arranged somebody else if they are not able to do I would advise not to recommend these guys .

    Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Due to unforeseen circumstances on the day we did turn up later than originally booked however the customer was contacted and agreed to new time between 6-7pm on the same day. Upon arrival there were a number of faults that needed to be repaired before the boiler service could be carried out.
